International Delivery

1. Free international delivery is available for all orders over USD 300 – we currently ship internationally to 7 markets, including Australia, Canada, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, and the United States.

2. Orders over USD 300 are eligible for free shipping. For orders below USD 300, shipping charges will vary based on the delivery address and your chosen shipping method.

When Will I Receive My Item?

Can I change my shipping address?

You can change your shipping address by contacting our customer service team, provided the order has not yet entered manufacturing or has not yet shipped.

Is my shipment insured?

Yes, all of our shipments are insured to provide you with added protection and peace of mind during transit.

Track Your Order

To track your order, log in to your account and click on the Orders tab on the bottom. You will see your order status as one of the following: Received, In Process, or Shipped.

We will update the status of your order as it progresses.

Why isn't my order shipped immediately upon payment?

We follow a made-to-order approach to avoid overproduction and support sustainability. This means your item is crafted after you place your order, which takes extra time. We appreciate your patience as we ensure high-quality, lasting products.
